Information We Collect

When you use a contact form, we collect the name, email address, optional phone number, and topic you provide. We also record your consent, the site where you submitted the form, and the time of submission. If you arrive through a campaign link and submit a form, we may also record its non-sensitive source and campaign labels to understand which marketing efforts generated inquiries. Our hosting provider may process routine technical information, such as IP address, browser information, and page requests, to operate and secure the websites.

How We Use It

Jay and Alex use contact information to respond to your request and discuss possible next steps. If you provide a phone number and consent to texts, messages are limited to follow-up about your request. We do not use your form submission for unrelated marketing without separate permission. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.

Optional Website Analytics

If you choose to allow analytics, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand page visits, clicks, and scrolling so we can improve the websites. Clarity may use cookies and collect technical information about your visit. We load Clarity only after you choose Allow analytics. We do not send contact-form entries to Clarity. Who Receives It

Authorized Go Rascal Inc. personnel and service providers that operate and store website submissions may access the information for these purposes. We also send contact-form submissions to Bonzo, our customer relationship management service, to respond to your request. Submissions from this site are processed through the Jay and Alex website system. If you choose to follow a link to a third-party website, information you enter there is governed by that provider's privacy policy.

Retention and Your Choices

We keep submissions for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your request and meet applicable business or legal obligations. You may ask about or request correction or deletion of your submitted information, subject to any required retention, by using our contact form. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
